Entain Coach of the Year
Since 2022, Entain has been running an annual awards program to recognise the team members putting in extraordinary efforts in their day-to-day. The awards speak to the company values and include categories such as Beyond the Call of Duty; Future-Ready; Game Changer; Customer Obsessed; Key Driver; Sum of All Parts; All-Rounder; Coach of the Year; and Entainer of the Year.
The criteria for Coach of the Year is below:
This team member is a leader we be all be happy to follow. They are somebody who inspires others to stretch themselves and recognises and shares success. They take the development of others seriously and values the collective strength of a team. Whether they are people leaders or leading the way on new work, this team member is a role model for all in our business.
It was an incredible honour to be nominated in three categories by my peers, and an absolute thrill be selected by our Executive Team as a winner. I pride myself on being an authentic leader that shows in the way that best benefits my team, colleagues, the project or business at the time, and it was humbling to be recognised for it.

Even though her time is very limited, she still diligently catches up with every member in her team to see how they are going and to help them realise their growth potential.
